If You Want to Cancel Your Reservation for Any Reason;

Cancellation Conditions, Refunds and Changes;

* Before the start date of your reservation; mandatory (health problem, death, etc.) we guarantee that if the situations are documented, the entire payment you have paid will be refunded regardless of the date.
*If you wish to Cancel your reservation for any reason, we offer you the right to cancel your reservation unconditionally within "24 hours" after your reservation has been finalized. In case of cancellation during this period, the entire prepayment paid will be refunded to you.

*at the end of 24 hours, pre-payment is paid to the homeowners in order for the reservations to be finalized and that house to be reserved on your behalf. For this reason, the refund of the 35% prepayment paid to make the reservation final is not possible at the end of the 24-hour period.

Our general cancellation conditions are as follows;
*35% of the total price until 61 days before the booking start date
* 60 – 31 days before the start date of booking, 50% of the total price
*A refund of 100% of the total price cannot be made 30 – 0 days before the booking start date.

*Apart from the General Cancellation Conditions, the cancellation conditions may vary depending on the hosts. In the detail section of each house, the cancellation conditions for that house are indicated. Please check the cancellation conditions of the holiday home you are going to book.
