General Information You Need to Know;

Home Entry-Exit Times:

*The villa or apartment subject to reservation will be ready at 16:00 on the day your stay starts. If you arrive early and the villa/apartment you will stay in is not ready, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and benefit from the facilities provided by the villa/apartment.

*Our check-out time at the end of your stay is 10.00. We ask for your sensitivity on this matter.

*Entry and exit times of our homes may vary. This information is stated within the pages of the houses. Our homes are cleaned between the time of departure and the arrival of other guests. If the house is available the day before your check-in, flexibility can be provided in the check-in hours.

 

Damage Deposit:

*You must take care of the furniture, belongings and all tools, garden and pool equipment in the house subject to reservation, and you are responsible for any damage or loss that may occur due to faults attributable to you or the people staying with you. A deposit is requested from you as security for such possible damages. The deposit amount is determined separately for each property subject to reservation, and the deposit amount to be paid by you is written in the information section of each house.

*The entire deposit amount must be paid to us on the day of check-in at the latest.

*If any damage occurs due to fault attributable to you or the people staying with you, this damage will be covered primarily from your deposit amount; If the damage incurred exceeds the deposit amount, the difference of the damage amount will be requested separately by you.

*If you encounter any negativities during your stay for which you may be responsible, you must take the necessary urgent measures and immediately contact our company officials in order to prevent the damage from growing and to provide immediate intervention.

*If no damage is detected during the inspection to be carried out by the staff of our company on the property subject to reservation at the end of your stay, the entire deposit fee collected; If it is determined that a damage has occurred below the deposit amount, the part of the deposit exceeding the damage amount will be refunded to you.

 

Booking Process and Conditions
* When you complete your prepayment, which is 35% of the total accommodation paid, your final reservation will be completed with the reservation confirmation document that we will send to you by e-mail.
*The confirmation document will specify the person who will stay and the number of other people who will stay with this person.
* The person who carries out the booking procedures (the booking owner) must be at least 18 years old. The responsibility for whether the reservation holder has the authority to perform these transactions on behalf of the persons on whose behalf the reservation is carried out is directly with this person, and our company will not have any responsibility for the absence of this authority.
*In our booking confirmation document, all information about your reservation will be processed in detail and the accuracy of this information should be checked by you..
* If the correction and amendment request is not sent to you within seven days after sending the reservation confirmation document, your reservation will be deemed to have been made in accordance with the terms in the reservation confirmation document; our company will not be responsible for errors that will arise from inaccuracies that were not corrected during the period or incomplete information that was not completed.

 

Payments
Paying paid amount * As mentioned above, 35% of the total accommodation fee is the prepayment amount and this amount must be paid before the booking confirmation document is sent to you for the finalization of your reservation. Otherwise, the booking process will not be progressed.
Paying paid The remaining balance after the prepayment must be paid at the latest 7 days before the start date of the stay.
*If your remaining balance is still paid on the start date of accommodation, it is considered that you have cancelled your reservation. In this case, the cancellation provisions specified in the next article will apply.
* In order to avoid any negativity, you must pay the entire accommodation fee before the due date and notify us immediately in case of any cancellation.

 

Cancellation and Withdrawal Compensation
* If you wish to cancel your reservation after the date of the e-mail regarding the reservation confirmation form we have sent to you, the reservation holder must notify us immediately by e-mail. Verbal cancellations and cancellation requests that are not personally transmitted by the booking owner will not be taken into account.
* The cancellation request becomes valid as of the moment it reaches our company in accordance with the procedure. Accordingly, according to the number of days remaining for the accommodation subject to the reservation on the date of the cancellation notification, the withdrawal compensation specified in the table below is paid to our company unconditionally by the reservation holder.
*Cancellation pay percentages are calculated based on the total accommodation price shown on the Booking Confirmation Form.
